Our 10 week, nine module online course, trains believers how to confidently walk beside those facing death through a life-ending illness.

We partner with churches to help them build teams of trained believers that can lighten the heavy load that sickness, death and grief can put on pastoral staff and church leaders.

Hub of Hope NZ has developed the “Journeying Alongside” course to help churches gain the skills to confidently engage with the dying and prepare individuals, families, and future “clients” for this challenging journey ahead.

This course is not meant to be a “head knowledge” course, but one that equips the church to engage with the end of life journey, showing that hope is not lost, and each of us can make the most of our life’s legacy.

Online Learning:
Each Module can take a minimum 3 - 4 hours to complete.

However as we are talking about death and dying, there can be a lot of personal grief that unexpectedly can arise, so allow yourself plenty of time
